How it Works

The WorkLife 50 sets out to recognize the best places to work based on their efforts towards professional development, productivity, DE&I and company culture.

  • Step 1 – Start an entry using our form above, begin by giving us some background information about your company.
  • Step 2 – Complete the entry form covering your company’s efforts in transforming training and professional development, productivity, DE&I and culture.
  • Step 3 – Provide a company statement for us to use in the event that you are chosen as one of the WorkLife 50.
  • Step 4 – Look over your entry and make sure you included everything you want our editors to know. Have your team review for an extra set of eyes.

Judging Criteria

Judges will be looking for companies or campaigns that can clearly demonstrate success over the past 12 months. Judges are seeking companies or campaigns that have seized challenges and created opportunities in the areas of professional development, training, company culture, and DE&I.

Judges will require evidence to substantiate all entries. This can include details of financial performance or specific KPIs. The judges will also consider the structure, presentation and clarity of each entry.
