This year will be a time of great experimentation as people grapple with hybrid-working models and what the return to office looks like. While the cloud of uncertainty created by Covid-19 still hovers, there are some things 2022 is certain to shed.

Last year empathy-led leadership, virtual corporate culture and blurred work-life boundaries were in, while 9-to-5 work days and office parties and perks were out.
